Maintaining Hardwood Floors:

Dust mop, vacuum regularly with soft bristle head
Never use wax, silicone-based polish, oils soaps, solvents or pine based cleaners
Damp-sponge mop, with minimal amount of water
Clean floors periodically with a professional wood floor cleaner
Allow finish to cure 3 wks. Before using area rugs.
Use protective felt floor pads on chair legs and furniture,FREE WITH YOUR JOB.
Periodic buff & coat approx. 3-7 years
Buff & recoat from .95 cents per square foot.
Use a humidifier throughout the winter months to keep wood movement and shrinkage to a minimum.
